Whether you’re a dog or cat parent, you’ll be right at home at Savoy at the Streets of West Chester! There’s plenty of opportunity to hang out with your pet in your apartment and around the community.

Easily take your dog for a walk around the green space or visit our designated pet areas. Wiggly Field Dog Park At Voice of America Metro Park is a short drive away too, so you can take your dog to run off leash to get more exercise. You and your pet can also mingle with other pets and their owners at our Yappy Hours!

Savoy at the Streets of West Chester Pet Policy:

  • Pets are allowed
  • Pet Registration Fee – $200.00 per Pet (One Time Fee)
  • Pet Rent – $35/month for one pet, $50/month for two pets

Breed Restrictions Including but not limited to:

  • Dobermans
  • Rottweilers
  • Pit Bulls
  • Chows
  • German Shepherds
  • Bloodhounds

Management reserves the right to refuse any animal per company policy which is a wild animal, reptiles or farm animal.
