This place was nothing short of amazing. Beautiful apartment and immediately available. Great amenities, very nice pool and grounds. Maintenance guys were always courteous and prompt for even the most minor of issues… my kids seemed to enjoy breaking the odd window screen ??. The office staff was always so helpful and understanding. They gave me and my daughters a place to live AND home when we were in a brand new area. Will really miss this place!! read less

We just finished moving in and are already loving the new apartment. We moved from another property also managed by Hills Properties, and stayed with them because the staff was fantastic at the previous location and has been great at The Landings so far. The few maintenance items I’ve had as part of the move in have been resolved much faster than I was expecting and they’ve been very minor. Apartment is not new, but it’s very well maintained, great quality for the price, and the kids are already loving the complex itself. read less
