Pets allowed up to 75 pounds full grown combined. (Restrictions Apply)
Pet Registration Fee – $200.00 per Pet (One Time Fee)
Pet Rent – $35/month for one pet, $50/month for two pets

Breed Restrictions Including but not limited to:

Rottweilers
Pit Bulls
Chows
German Shepherds
Bloodhounds

Management reserves the right to refuse any animal per company policy which is over 75 lbs, wild animals, reptiles or farm animals.
