• Pets allowed up to 75 pounds full grown combined (restrictions apply)
• Pet Registration Fee – $200.00 (one-time fee)
• Pet Rent – $35/month for one pet, $50/month for two pets

Breed restrictions include but are not limited to:

• Dobermans
• Rottweilers
• Pit Bulls
• Chows
• German Shepherds
• Bloodhounds

Management reserves the right to refuse any animal per company policy which is over 75 lbs, wild animals, reptiles or farm animals.
