My husband and I just moved here, my brother and his wife lives here as well, and we are in love. We live in a Sadie floorplan and it is so spacious and beautiful. The office staff is honestly the best I’ve ever experienced, they treat you like family and are always so pleasant. I never hear the neighbors, the community is clean an classy, and never any bugs. The scenery outside is beautiful as well. Located just outside the city, it’s not crazy with city traffic. Overall 10 out of 10, honestly I can see myself living here until we purchase a home. I’ve been a resident at Greyson for over a year, and just renewed my lease for another year. The experience has been A+! Any maintenance requests were fulfilled within two days, most were fixed same day. The leasing staff is awesome, you can just come by the office and chat with them anytime. They also do a lot of events for the residents such as different food trucks, complimentary to go breakfast, and more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment with a high level of service! read less

It is quite and peaceful as well as the apartment itself is beautiful, the apartment is also very spacious. The amenities here are very nice, we love the gym and pool! The maintenance staff is very nice and gets things done fast. The whole office staff is very helpful and nice! I would recommend to anyone to live here. read less

We have had to use them and everytime they have reacted quickly to our needs and given us very satisfactory results.
